Bulk add: import many items at once

Drop photos, files, and CSV lists into one field and let Kodiggo sort each into the right content type.

For: Owners and admins

  1. Open Bulk

    Use the Bulk tile in the Add menu, or the upload icon next to Select in the workspace header. Both open the same Bulk window.

  2. Drop everything into one field

    Photos, PDFs, documents, and CSV files can be dropped together. Each one is detected and shown in a preview list with its type before anything is created. Video files are not uploaded: add videos as links (YouTube, Vimeo, Streamable, Twitch, Dailymotion), or list their links in a CSV.

  3. Format a CSV list

    One item per row, up to three columns: content, name, folder. Only content is required. A first row reading content,name,folder is treated as a header and skipped. If a value contains a comma, wrap it in double quotes. Example rows: "https://youtube.com/watch?v=abc123,Welcome video,Onboarding" and "Ask about their why before pricing.,Opening script,Sales/Scripts".

  4. How each row is detected

    A video link (youtube.com, youtu.be, vimeo.com, streamable.com, twitch.tv, dailymotion.com) becomes a video card. Any other address starting with http:// or https:// becomes a link card. Everything else — scripts, notes, plain text — becomes a text note. Addresses are saved exactly as written, so affiliate and tracking links stay intact.

  5. Name and folder columns

    The name column sets the card title; leave it empty to use the link address or the first words of a note. The folder column places the row in a folder by name, and a path like Sales/Scripts creates the folders if they do not exist yet. Rows without a folder land in the folder you have open.

  6. Review, then add everything

    Nothing is created while you review the list. Choose Add everything to create the items; each row shows its progress and any row that fails is marked so you can retry it.

If something looks wrong

  • If a row imported as a note when you expected a link, check that the address starts with http:// or https://.
  • A CSV imports up to 500 rows at a time; anything beyond that is reported, not silently dropped.
