Copy shared content into your own workspace

Copy a shared folder or item when you want your own editable version.

For: Owners

  1. Open Shared to me

    Select the shared workspace, then open the folder or item you want to copy.

  2. Copy selected content

    Choose the item or folder and copy it to your workspace. A copied folder should include its contents, similar to Finder or Windows folders.

  3. Edit your copy

    After copying, the item belongs to your workspace and is no longer connected to the original owner's live version.
