Track daily numbers with a Kodipage Tracker

Add a Tracker block to a Kodipage. Members enter their numbers each day, you see every member's last 7 days, 2 weeks or month, and export to CSV or Excel.

For: Owners, co-owners, admins and members

  1. Make it its own card

The quickest way: in your workspace, open Add, choose Kodipage, and pick Tracker. That makes a members-only page with just the tracker. Its card in the workspace opens the tracker in one tap. You can also add a Tracker block to any Kodipage, as the next step shows.

  2. Add the Tracker block

Open your Kodipage in the editor. In the list on the left, under Team, click Tracker, or drag it onto the page. The block starts with four blank points to name.

  3. Name the points

In the panel on the right, name each point your team tracks, for example Approaches, Presentations, Enrollments and Follow-ups. Give each one a unit, a step and a daily goal if you want one. Start from a template, such as Sales team or Fitness, or add a point. A tracker holds up to 12.

  4. Publish

Press Publish. On the public page, visitors see only a door that says Open in Kodiggo. The numbers never show in public.

  5. Members enter their day

A member opens the Kodipage from your workspace, or from the door on the public page, and signs in. Each point has a number wheel: drag it up or down, tap the arrows, or type. It saves by itself. The week strip shows the days they filled in, with their streak and their own last 7 days.

  6. See everyone's activity

In the editor, open the Tracker block and press See activity. You see every member who used it, sorted by their last entry, with a small graph and a total each. Pick a member for the full graph and the day table. Switch between Last 7 days, Last 2 weeks and Last month.

  7. Export

Press CSV or XLS to download the range for every member. The XLS file opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.

If something looks wrong

  • Only the owner, co-owners and admins see every member. A member sees their own days only.
  • Renaming a point keeps its history. A removed point's old numbers stay in the export.
  • A member can fix a day up to 31 days back with the arrows next to the date.
