Share a workspace with another owner

Let another owner view your workspace in their Shared to me area.

For: Owners

1. Open the workspace you own

   Only share the workspace you mean to share. The receiving owner gets a live view, not a separate copy.

2. Generate a workspace link

   Use Share and choose the workspace link option. Send the link to another owner.

3. Recipient opens the link

   Opening the link does not grant access by itself: the other owner submits a request, and you approve or deny it. Once approved, the workspace appears in their Shared to me as a folder view they can browse but not edit.
